Do the products not meet your expectations? You can return them! You can return your order with the return label.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. When the product is received by us in good and original condition, you will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

You can create a return shipment via this link: https://byska-merchandise-com.myparcel.me/returns/create . Stick the return label well and visibly on the shipping/return bag. Or have the barcode scanned from your phone at a PostNL point. Returns are free of charge.

Returns received outside this period will not be processed. Therefore, always check whether you return the shipments on time.
